Resources for Specific Build - H3 Belos Heran

Hi All,
My son has changed his thoughts on a Recon cosplay, and now wants to go with the Belos Heran armour. Its a cool armour set, sort of like historical Spartans with the frill on the helmet. I think it might be easier to build with EVA foam, more basic geometric shapes, but I haven't found any resources in the Armory.

Anyone ever try to make one of these?

Believe me when I say "I really hate to self promote", but I did recently finish modelling a Belos Heran helmet. It's designed for 3D printing but could also be unfolded for foam too.
