Costuming since: Unseriously: Started doing some manner in high school circa 2005. More fun and competing: 2018.
About me: 3d printing, mead making, father of 2, spend too much time at work. Love football, cosplay, and usually miniatures.
Favorite Cons: OCon Expo, NebKon, Planet ComicCon. Would love to go back to Colorado Springs, and make it to Des Moines and C2E2.
Costumes/Props: Mandos, Thor, Gender Bent Wonder Woman. Bunch of others I've completed. Currently working on an ODST, Imperial Guardsman, Helm Hammerhand, and Empire Greatsword for two separate comps. Swung by and said Hi at KC this year.

Costuming since: I have just recently gotten into miniature painting and prop/costume making and have caught the bug from it hard.
About me: I work in nursing administration at a hospital, and I am a registered nurse. I have been an avid halo fan since I was first introduced to it in my youth. The halo universe has just always spoken to me!!
Favorite Cons: I have never had the pleasure of attending one yet, but my wife and I plan to try to go to C2E2 this coming year (2026).

Costumes/Props: I am currently working on my first prop costume of spartan armor and a gravity hammer to go with it.

Name: Blake aka Exuberant Koala
Location: Minneapolis MN
Costuming since: About a week ago
About me: 35, MN born and raised, lived here all my life, and found a love for Halo early on with a few buddies from middle school. Outside of Halo and gaming in general, I [unfortunately] work in the auto industry as a wholesale parts professional. Not that I dream of work, but my dream job is to be a freelance digital artist, as I have a serious passion for working in 3D, motion graphics, and other forms of digital artistry (shameless self plug: here). I seem to be a serial hobby hoarder, and also enjoy building Gunpla (Gundam model kits), making and displaying concert visuals, and more recently 3D printing. Touch grass activities I enjoy include (but are not limited to) snowboarding, spinning poi, infrasound music festival, camping, hiking, and spending time up along the north shore of Lake Superior.
Favorite Cons: I've never actually been to a con, but I've always had an interest in going. With work, it might be tough to travel for cons outside of the state, but would love to hit any MN cons to get my feet wet [read: boots dirty on ground].
Costumes/Props: So far, I have only completed the print stage and test fit of the Infinite BR (pics below). Looking forward to completing the build and would love any advice/tips/tricks as I am still a complete novice with costume/prop assembly and customization. Next up on the list of things to build is an EOD Helmet!

ALSO: Since I am new to this forum and cosplay in general, any guidance on where best to ask questions, find resources, or just general knowledge/info is greatly appreciated!

Location: Southwest Missouri-tiny town, between Springfield and Joplin
Costuming since: I don't have a Halo costume or build yet but I have been costuming since childhood. I'm also a watercolor artist so I love painting Halo themes.
About me: I'm a GenXer that loves to game. I've been video gaming since I was a kiddo. I love gaming with my husband, dad, and nephews. Halo holds a special place in my heart as it's how I got into FPS. I miss the old days of LAN parties with Halo!
Favorite Cons: Despite being a comic book and gaming nerd since the 1900s, I only started attending cons a few years ago. I mostly go to KC but have been to ones in STL and in Spokane, WA as well.
Costumes/Props: I don't have a Halo costume yet but here's a painting, my mini-jeep, and the battle rifle I did a few years back.
