obviously, i take my armor out into the forest and actually my armor usually does function, but if you must know, i think it would look extremely stupid(no offense)

You're not offending me, I was just giving you a suggestion. I am afraid that if you leave the design as is - you're gonna get a lot of the same comments like:
"shark", "power rangery";
I'm just stating my opinion that if it is supposed to look like the Greek / Spartan plume then it needs to be enlarged.
