Haha, double post thread... Well I fiberglassed the inside. Planning on bondoing tomorrow, pics will be up tomorrow.

Just bondoed most of the helmet. Pics up after I sand it tonight. And I will do a few layers of bondo on the visor.

dude nice job on everything lol im also startin a emile suit lol but im just cutting out the peices right now for the helm and let me know on wat u do for the visor bc im tryin to figure out a way how to bc i wanna try to make the full visor and well so far i might just do a thin plexi-glass and put a tint on it

Just sanded down the helm last night. Also put another layer of bondo because there were a lot of holes. Pics up later today.

how do you plan to do the visor? ive been thinking about doing this but that is holding me back

Cut out the eyes and nose. And replace them with formed, clear acrylic.

Impressed already? Carved the skull, cut out the eyes. Cleaning up on the skull and eyes and sanding on the back tomorrow. Stay Tuned.

I was using a dremel. And I didn't use rondo. I used bondo. And he already edited the word out.
