Thanks! In these pictures it seems the helmet is huge, but it barely fits on my head so I'm pretty sure its the right size. I do need to rig the chest better, hopefully that will change the way the helmet looks. and its a cardboard filled basket, does that count?

and yes it is. I bought the Reach xbox and the Reach legendary edition, because for my birthday a long time ago I got a Halo 3 xbox, and I also bought myself the Legendary version. so I wanted to keep that trend alive. and I may do that with Halo 4. but it might not be the same without Bungie. but we will see.

yeah the chest sits a bit low in the front and thats what is making the helmet feel that way. Looks awesome, definitely puts a fire under my butt to finish something on my build.

Every thing was made out of foam besides the Forearms and the helmet. I had initially started my build with pepakura but then foam started to make its debut, So I switched. and I must thank you for bringing this thread back up I wanted to post some pax pictures.

To begin with this is almost all the 405th members at PAX

thanks for posting more pics! Im so jealous that you went to pax with it xD.
It seems like foam worked out really well for you, I'm making my build out of paper, but Im thinking of perhaps switching to foam on certain pieces like the boots and cod piece. But I think itd be really hard to cut and glue together :/
