I was wondering if I should get this or not. Doesn't say what parts it has...Sorry I'f I'm posting this in the wrong place.

It says it works as it should so you shouldn't have any problem with it.

"This unit is in very good preowned condition, tested and works as it should. Has the orginal box, no instructions, 2 Black trans paper, 1 tan trans paper and 1 rust. One black and the tan are new, the other two have over 1/2 left. also included are etching cream, and various tools."

My concern was the question that was asked.

Should I be worried about this?

I don't think you need to be worried, anyway I assume you could buy the blade if it's not included and it will still be cheaper than buying a new one, I think the new ones go for a lot of $$$.
