UPDATE TIME!
So I finally I finished resining the Sniper Goggles Im gonna use barbecue sticks to attach it for now

here you can see a red area, i tested my spray paint there sticky cause i sprayed it too close
but i covered it with resin now

Looks like your lacking in the feedback department here so i wanted to help you out!

The shins actually look really good, you need to remember that when you put the armor on that you have to compensate for the addition of the pant material as well as the space for your boots, or shoes. From what i see in the photos above you have a large enough piece to do so.

The only thing you will want to take into account here is after you have hardened your pep, how are you going to open the shin up to allow you to slip your fully covered leg in as well as make space for your to lace up a boot or shoe.

Just some food for thought! Sorry i missed this post or i would have commented sooner.

I think its not that bad scale wise. Once you harden it, I would split in in half with a dremel in a discrete place, maybe right down from the knee so you can put it on with a hinge or velcro or even magnets. You could even throw in some foam padding to help it be more snug around your leg. Once you have boots on I don't think the bottom will be touching the ground so honestly, I think its fine.
