Slow Site/timing Out

I'm going around and around with the host on this. A couple days ago it was giving me those issues, and apparently some of you are experiencing it. I had them do some "fixes", so please let me know if it did any good.

I'm not having many problems aside from having the site lag out or a bit on the weekend. Since Saturday, though, I've had no problems.

the site lagged and was TERRIBLE on sunday. but now it is a tiny tiny bit slower than normal. there also was a time on sunday where the text was comming up blue for me, on every page.

I haven't had any issues today. Yesterday and some time before that, I couldn't even get to the forum index, which I have bookmarked.

That was on Sunday?



I had that problem but I could've sworn that was on Saturday. Oh well, I guess mark me down as a Sunday sufferer then.

lol I believe it was sunday, but my days just meld into the next lol. so it could have been friday for all i know. hahaha

I think that the site lagged a little around this time a few days ago, too. Maybe it was a little later. I can't really remember.

All I got was a 405th.com Driver Error Message besides that no other problems but I am on 56k internet so go figure with having slow loading.

It was horrible on Sunday, I concur.



Things have been a bit slow since the hosting changed hands, with a few days that either 404'd or lagged so hard it was useless trying. The days that it's working, it's fine, and I don't notice a difference. But the days that it lags.. ohhh boy. And it does seem to lag hard every now and again.



I've just assumed it's still hiccups from the server change. Hope you can get it sorted out.

I can actually access it now. I've had that problem for a while now but I figured it was my internet connection. I was able to access it on Sunday for a while then it timed out on me again.

Was lagging pretty bad here Monday, which would be your Sunday. When it did load it looked to have dumped a load of CSS data, which I didn't mind actually, and I couldn't get past the index. All the other times it would just 404.



Though since the move it hasn't been giving me as much grief as it used to, it used to be that I couldn't open more than one tab at a time without everything stalling, now it's fine

I wanted to post a reply to halo goddess with an answer to her question so bad...

I couldn't even get past the log in failure screen. Well, it said the log in was successful, but crapped out into a time out type error. Nothing ever happened after that.

Seems better now. And I got the points for the right answer

500 Server Error around 2-3pm or so for me, was down for a few hours. I really hate this host... I even hate to suggest it.. maybe someone different? These guys obviously have no idea WTF they're doing.

ive had 404 500 and 503 errors... aswell as really sloooooow loading on the weekends when the host should have an increased bandwidth to acomidate the user load.. suggest another host yet again?
