Some models to be unfolded (If anyone would like to give it a shot)

I have two models if anyone would like to unfold them
I have an hd mgnum (halo reach)
and a not-so-hd-under referenced creation-a plasma repeater. I did not have enough refrences to make a GREAT or hd model of it so unless someone can get me some, Thats the best it will be. I will soon post dae and kmz models of both of them, for now: some pictures

I downloaded this file and I immediately noticed a problem. There's another layer of faces underneath the model. I tried deleting the extra layer manually but given the number of faces, it's a no-go for pepping.

That always seems to be a problem with my models for some reason LOL. Its probably because of the fact that I made 1/2 the model than flipped it over and made it whole. The magnum might be even worse considering all the details on it.

I'll definitely give credit where it's due, you did a great job incorporating a lot of the smaller details into the pistol model. Sadly, however, just like the plasma repeater, it is out of the question for pep.

There are a lot of open edges. If there were just a couple, you could work through that. Also, just as Ral Partha noted on the plasma repeater, there is another layer of faces beneath the outer layer when you open it up in Pepakura. Like I said before, great model, but I know that there would have to be some cleanup done to it before it would be a pep friendly file.

They are edges that aren't connected to anything. Open up the model in Designer, and anywhere there is a red line, it's an open edge.

But anyway, they are exactly what Hickeydog said. It occurs when 2 individual planes should join in the model, instead they do not leaving a red line on the edge of each plane, or "open edge".

well i dont see them in SU and i dont hve designer and I wont get it cuz my coiputer has some.... problems
