UPDATE:

I ran out of gloves but to no avail, I have finished bondoing the backside of the cod.

I try to aim to towards like the 12" chief

After I finish sanding tomorrow, I should have a new butt

Anddd I bondo'd the heel of the Boot and will sand it to a nice roundness

Seriously, good stuff there, buddy. You really know how to work with that rondo. Personally, I'd go with pooper's approach to the cod piece and do it in four pieces; front, back, and the two side "pouches". That's how I plan on doing mine, when the time comes.



Was thinking I might even make them functional; Take off the tops and have them usable for storing my debit card and such. Would certainly make it a lot easier than having to find some place to put my wallet, lol.

Btw it's not rondo, It's bondo

That's what I plan on too, making it into 4 pieces for a comfortable wear.

Though outing a utility belt on my cod, or the same concept won't be a bad idea

I do plan on wearing black skinny jeans underneath my armor so my wallet and cell will be easy in hand

But my first run would be at school

I'll definitely get pics up and win a costume contest



I got a quick update for you guys, I sanded my cod down so much I started to lose feeling in my right hand.Though I stopped cause I ended up getting a headache. So I'll go over it again with a finer grit to get the pockets out and possibly put on some spot putty to build up the detail on where I want it.I also sanded down the back boot to the roundness I like so much. I sanded down the edges of my visor too since I did a half fast job the first time



Now that today was my first day of school, I started to plan out on how I am gonna sit and participate in class when we get to dress up for halloween.

Pooper, I need to know how you do your cod, cause frankly, I won't be able to fit inside the school desks with my added bulkiness and sexiness

Then my mom started to tell me how my armor could chip when I wear it and I told her that she was wrong since You guys will go to Cons and walk around in it and maybe to parades. I should be fine in a high school environment if no one blind sides me with a object and I don't wanna go with a huge crack in my armor. Lol besides me ranting, here are the pics,

Very nice, you're really coming along. I'm almost done with my other forearm. I got one done and I put up some pictures.



And I have a question for you, do you think I should do the lower half with pep too? or try to get flex foam and be able to run and knee comfortably?

Personally, I have no experience with flex foam.

Though I have seen it on the forums, I am aiming for something strong now.

So with everything all glassed and bondo'd basically my whole suit.

I doubt I can ran but walk very briskly

I really don't know about flex foam sorry :/

It's a smoothon product but I'd have to buy the parts in flex foam from Ithica or something.

So i tried your method and i love the results. I still need to practice the method but very happy with it. I tried to eyeball the 1:1 mixture and totally made to much and didn't have enough taped off area to use all that i mixed.

That's what I was doing on my recon. Taping off areas and body filling. It made it easy to keep spots from getting over filled. Even though I didn't use Rondo, it still works well to tape the areas off.

Oh and make sure to pull off the tape a little before it's completely dry/cured because it makes it easier. And make sure your careful when pulling it off.

I forgot to mention to take the tape off right before it cures fully
