Strong armor?

Im planning on making some Youtube videos of people wearing armor. But, im having a hard time finding the best materiel for the armor. It has to be strong enough to take being pushed around. BUT, it has to be light enough to easily run it. AND it cant cost too much. Any suggestions?

seriously bro something like that will be most likely be in the expensive section seeing if something that was strong and light the militairy would use it.,

but pepakura + 3 layers of fiberglas hardner and a fiberglas matt in the inside is really strong dude

I will go as high as I need too, but I would like to keep it under $300.

use the pepakura method then my friend.
used it alot + if you finished with the paper bondo and fiberglas you might even have enough money to mold a helmet then you got plastic its sturdy (pretty strong imo) and you can keep doing it

2 layers of mudglass is a good bet. Thats rondo with fiberglass cloth but its not the lightest stuff ever. Smooth cast is strong but not cheap. Foam armor is supposed to be durable too.
