no, its because i put too much paint on it. and used some hammered silver, instead of regular silver.

This thing needs some heavy duty sanding, but you get the idea.

More pics after I sand, paint, and add barrel and light.

no, there is no vacuumformed piece. All slush casted molds from liquid plastic. It is a heavy solid beast! Much like a real gun I imagine.
