First off, awesome job on that busa. I just posted a similar question a few days ago with a similar situation: http://405th.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=20734

There were quite a few good ideas thrown around in there, and what I think I'm going to do is chop up fiberglass mat into very very small bits and mix up a resin/mat cocktail and pour it into the hard to reach areas, filling them completely.

Just make sure you resin the outside first, otherwise the excess of resin will soak through the paper, warp it, and drip out.

You can use liquid plastic like smooth cast. Just poor it in and slosh it up the sides.

This is such an awesome technique! It saves sooo much time and effort and you get a better product when you're done. It gets every little nook and cranny. You still have to resin the outside first though.
