I don’t think there is a model of him on this sight but you can always google for one. I personally think it would be better to scratch build one seeing if its a 3D model you may not be able to move in it. Try looking at the different stickies and the intro video to help guide you with ideas as well.
I think you should also read the foam build threads too because it's easy to work with and super light weight. I would even check tfw2005.com and see if any of the transformer guys there can help as well. I would really like to see this build if you do it so remember to post some progress info and pictures.
