The only transformer series I liked besides the original was Armada, it had the feel of a good but different story, it had a nice plot too, plus, the action figures were awesome.
i liked the beast ones too or whatever they were called. the ones where they would turn into animals.

I'm sad when I saw optimus prime had lips in the new show, it was ok in the movie because he wasnt fighting, but when he fought he had his mouth shield on 100% of the time.

The new cartoon just looks too weird, optimus fighting with lips? All autobots have lips? WHY!

EDIT: actually, most autobots did have lips in every series, so nvm that, but not optimus!

You know, the theme song for the G1 transformers in engligh was awesome, yet the voices in japanese for some reason draw me in. After not seeing the show for a long time, now I rewatch episode 1 from youtube, it the voice acting wasnt that good.....

Btw (optimus prime's voice was still good though)

Just a little tid bit of info in case you guys didn't know, but the person who voices Optimus Prime in the 1986 animated Transformers movie was also his voice in the recent Transformers movie. He's also the guy that does a lot of the narrating for movie previews and many, many, many other things. Check out his filmography at IMDB. His name is Peter Cullen. He's been in everything animated that I've ever watched growing up.
