Unexpected Present

So, I received a gift today..

I'm not sure who it is from or why I got it. My guess is from an Instagram raffle, but no one asked me for my address and there was no note inside. Only the real name of the sender on the label from California.

If anyone knows the artist or the sender please let me know so I can express my appreciation. It is a very cool 11" x 14" water color.

Update: here we are 6 months later and we just found out that my fiancé's brother sent this to my fiancé for his 25th birthday as a present. 6 months later we find this out.

PS: my guy is not that into Halo hence why we thought someone from this group (or Instagram raffle) sent it to me.
