are you looking to vacume form a visor? you would need a 3d printed buck of the visor, you would need a heater (most people are using large toaster ovens) and you would need to build a vacume form table (there are designs in the forums for them i dont have a link).
some people also use rolls of window tints while other (including me) 3d prints theirs on resin printers.
