Up the detail on them, and add any greaves or mountains on them. Any structural details you want on them, add them before fiberglassing.

Ok thanks I will probably do that to the cardboard sniper. Also how do I fiber glass the inside of the closed guns?

Normally you don't. What I do (and several people on these forums) use expanding foam on the insides of the weapons SLOWLY to fill in the interior. I use the word SLOWLY with extreme importance as if you spray too much in and your gun isn't solid, it can and probably will cause warping. Best to experiment with a few scrap pieces before doing the entire gun.

Oh thanks for the tip of using expanding foam and Jason you could use smooth cast on the pepakura weapons.

Thanks for all the help guys! But I have just one more question, the question is what do I do for the Inside of a helmet? I have seen people use a fiberglass and bondo body filler mix and other People saying to use a fiberglass cloth and put that on the inside with the resign. I have a few helmets so what will be the best?

Well you can use either one depends on which you like the best. Rondo (fiberglass and bondo) make the helmet heavier and is easier to work with (in my opinion) and fiberglass cloth does not but it can be messy. I suggest fiberglass cloth.

My way of doing things.

Weapons: Resin them on the outside. Cut a little hole somewhere where nobody can see that you did so, and either use expanding foam or if you really like the weight, use Rondo (Bondo + Resin).

Helmets: Resin on the inside and outside. Outside first with a light coat. Fiberglass the inside only, then it will be rock hard and you can put some bondo on the outside and start sanding and detailing.

I hope this helps!

whatever you do tho, do NOT fiberglass on the outside! than will ruin the piece! and if your going to glass it, wear a respirator at all times, because sanding on tat stuff is serious danger. personally i use a rondo mixture with fiberglass in it. to me its the best of both worlds. the glass gives it great strength, and it sands really well due to the body filler. just experiment with each on some scrap pieces and see which method you like the best

and im gonna agree with Psquiddy, add more detail to your weapons before you harden them!!
