Small pic update!

I'm working slowly on it. Making sure I make everything nice and neat because this will be my first molded helmet as well. I decided to put a coat of primer on to really throw those ugly spots out at me so I can get them. I've only been working on the right side and the back of the helmet (But I still have to add the A.I. slot in the back of the helmet..... Probably should've done that already......)

It's not quite as round as I want it, but that's why I'm doing this


P.s. I know I don't have a visor in, it'll be added before I mold this bad boy. Originally I didn't plan on molding this but it just kind of developed into me wanting to mold it so I have to add the visor.

p.p.s. When this is finished and as perfect as I can make it, I will be molding it and selling plastic casts. Not sure on pricing, but stay tuned.

I had tested some filler primer before the black and it cracked.... I swear I can't get filler primer to not crack...... SO more spot putty and sanding
Still have quite a few places to smooth out. I want this to be amazing before I Rebound 25 it

Thank you for the compliment and thanks for the tips on the primers! So etching primer followed by urethane primer. Sounds like a plan

Another small update

I'm half decided to keep/ half decided to make another. I feel like I went to quick and it isn't as nice as I want. But we'll see.

Update: I added some the rest of the foam unfolds for the Narrow legs. The Butt Plate, Knee, and Boot have been added as well as the letter version of the Narrow Shin. I also added links to a foam unfold for the Venator Chest and Shoulders. I didn't unfold these, I just grabbed them from the Official 405th Spartan Research Program 4 Organizer.

I added that part in the middle of my back to look like some kind of spine cover. I know it won't matter after I attach the backpack, but what are everyone's thoughts on it?

Also, it's getting down to the wire on my wife and I closing on our new house. After the move I'll be molding my helmet!

Yay backpack started. So far I'm really liking the files I converted for foam use. For my first time at converting, it isn't too bad at all
