looks great! That's an awesome build. I can't tell from the picture but do you have knee/shin plates?

Nah, didn't put 'em on for that shooting; I'm having a few problems with them (namely, they don't hold in place), so until I modify them to stay in place (probably with straps, straps 4 life!!1!!ONE) I'm not going through the hassle of putting them on. It'll come, though!

As for the M5...I'll get to work on that at a later point in time ;-) Just thought I'd pop out an old broken airsoft gun to add to the charm.

hey im brand spankin new here and love ODST armor.... i wanna make my own armor, any tips on how to get started?..

1. Choose your method (pep or foam, or mix-and-match the pieces)
2. Have a look at the stickies and various tutorials about the selected method
3. Gather your files
4. Have a look at other builds similar to yours
5. Start working -- slowly and carefully and slowly and EXTRA carefully. Don't rush anything (although the temptation can be high!) and take your time. First armor is always tricky, since you're mostly going in blind. Screwing up is never good for morale, so go step by step.
6. Make a topic, show us your progress, ask your questions if you encounter any problem! :cool
