Hello! I have a Halo 3 Katana Model (with case) and I research a person for convert in pdo and unfolding this model. Sorry for the case in the model because is not me who have built this model.

i would say it's alot easier and less time to make it from 5 pieces of pine/MDF wood 2x6



my result of one i did in 3 hours. just edit the handle it around add some cloth lace to it.

but none the less it's a nice 3d model you have there

why dont you just buy a REAL katana? and then just make your own hilt and scabbered out of wood or something.

i'm trying to unfold it but i dont know how tall it should be.

right now i'm using the legnth of a nerf sword for referance.

I do not buy a katana because it is expensive and I do not have shops in my country for this type of article.
