That is one awesome helmet. Anyways, does anyone have any idea on the filler he used? Doesn't look like bondo at all. Esy, did you have to sand that or anything? Because it just looks too smooth to not be magic.

Quick question; when making your cardboard rifles, do you do them in 3d or just put a bunch of layers together and glue them on? (As in, for the thickness of the rifle) Anyways, great job so far, keep it up!

I remember trying something like this with actual packaging foam (Instead of the craft foam you've used). I had to stop since the mess got out of hand with the little white balls of foam everywhere. Did you have the same problem with the craft foam?

Alright, 'cause for some reason, I used to think that the barrett was made for military use only. I didn't know that you could just go out and get one if you had the money. As for the gun itself, are you planning to modify it with cardboard or something? I know it sounds pretty stupid to modify...
