So a little over a week ago I started my halo reach Spartan build. It's just the Mark V armor with MarkB helmet. I was wondering the best, and easiest way to do a visor for beginners?
Just watched it five minvutes before checking my thread it did help a lot. I think my problem is a combination of not enough taken out of the "V" shape and not enough heat treatment. I'm going to apply this when I get a chance to and hopefully can correct my past mistakes on it to make it a bit...

I am making my first set of halo armor out of EVA foam and found templates for everything but a helmet. I have been trying to find one for a Mark V(B) helmet and can't. I was told there is a way to change the pep file by removing flaps and altering the layers but have no idea on how to do so. If...
That will take a while of trial and error cause I have never used the pep thing before. Most of my cosplay I just hand drew a template and used a CNC machine to carve out the layers for weapons. I never did armor like this before.
