If you want to make a mannequin, I suggest the Duct Tape Dummy. It requires you to have a friend but there is nothing closer to the real thing (your body). There are lots of tutorials on making such a duct tape dummy on the internet.

Damn that looks good. The M6 is one of my preferred weapons and I think not enouhg people are doing them. I'm happy it's getting the attention it should get. Keep up the good work Tom11G and Lonewolf Armorer. I love the M6s.

It's better to seal the MDF with Golden paint GAC 100. This prevents the resin used to bound the MDF together from seaping into the paint and discoloring it over time. What the company calls Support Induced Discoloration (SID). I've seen the effect of paint over MDF and it can ruin a paint job...

I have uploaded the unfolded nasal helmet on my 4shared site. It is 5 pages of unfolded material plus one page with the image of the nasal helmet. I haven't built this version so it hasn't been tested.

I did build three helmets using that type of files. I have two nasal helmets and a great helm. They look good if you can size them properly. I recommend scaling them to the width of your head from ear to ear plus 50 mm. That should give you something close to what you need. You can't use the...
