Well i don't know whta template you're going to use for the fore arms but i made my own template because the one i had was waaay to big even scaled down, the diameter was akways too large so i made my own and they turned out perfect!

I used 10mm foam for my whole ODST and i used 2mm foam to add details to certain parts. Oh and the 10mm foam were all from floormats so they should do the job just fine!

What would be the best way to make a stencil from the ODST Logo? I would like to paint it in my chest

I'm almost done with my ODST and i would like to add the ODST logo on my chest plate and i was wondering if there is a stencil you guys use?

I'm going to use toothpaste, but do i need to let it dry before i paint it?

I'm almost done with my ODST but i was wondering hoe you guys do the battle damage on your armor? Do you use a woodburning tool or just a knife? And i was wondering if you need to do the weathering before or after the clear coat? Thanks in advance!

It's attatched with hot glue i can easily get it out. i already saw som videos on how to dye visors but the plastic my visor is mad out of seems kind of flimsy, won't it melt?
