Is there a certain type of armor set that you'd want me to unfold before the rest of them? I tend to work better when there's a general scheme and finished product in mind, and I was wondering if you had any preferences :p

I like the detail you can get out of pepakura quite a bit more than I think the foam gives you, even though foam takes a significantly shorter amount of time to work on and is arguably easier. I also haven't worked with foam in my build, but I think it would be more logical to do a foam weapon...

What I usually do if I'm scaling a helmet is to measure the height of my head and then add around 20mm (give or take depending on the model) to the height of the pepakura file in order to get the right size. So far I'm 2 for 2 on helmet scaling with this method, but there are plenty other ways...

That looks pretty big to me, did you scale it properly (or at all)? It looks about the same as default scale for a 7 foot tall spartan :$ The pep work looks pretty clean, but I think you need to scale that down unless you want to be a spartan bobblehead.
