You may want to look into vacuforming the visor, or your going to have to modify a motorcycle helmet visor by adding to it

The visor I would use for Security is called a bubble visor: http://www.ebay.com/itm/UV-Gold-Len...parel_Merchandise&hash=item3cc373dd6b&vxp=mtr
^Is a bit cheaper than what you had posted earlier, but I'm not sure if it will show up in ebay.co.uk, maybe under international sellers.

Not sure if you're going for the H3 Security or the Reach Security, but that visor should do well for each of them... I'd take a look at Propcustomz' build if you're going for the Halo 3 Security as a reference.

Edit: UK Link seems to work fine-- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UV-Gold-L...03?pt=Apparel_Merchandise&hash=item3cc373dd6b

got in before me, but that is exactly what i was going to say. they seem to be going cheaper in the uk than anywhere else i've seen. mind the tinting though, when i got the gold one for my MkV helmet, it was meant to be mirror chrome gold, but it looks more like smoked gold tint. i could work with it, but some of those visors (or their vendors) don't photograph too well... ask some questions from the seller first, maybe get them to send a photo of something behind it to show just how see through it really is too :) ...

Shadowspart,
You didn't say if you are Peping the actual helmet or what method you are using. Whichever product you use, don't get too far ahead on the helmet. It will be easier to fit the helmet to the visor early in construction rather than later. Much less risk of damaging the visor. Subtle re-profiling of the soft pep helmet before you resin it will save days of work and avoid gaps.
