I would think so. With a forum post math it looks like this first batch arrived to people in less than 3 weeks. And I believe somewhere in the checkout process Dark explained his batch schedule.

It wasnt listed in the forums, but if you go to the Facebook page for the guys making the tags, they had a page saying the deadlines for when they had to be ordered to get it in time for the listed cons. You have time still.
