Adding color and reflection to vacuum formed visor.

Hoe does one go about doing this? I want to make a pilot armor visor with a clear plastic sheet that I want to vacuum form. But how do you make it colorful and reflective like a motorcycle visor? I think its been done, alas I have no idea how it's done. Thanks in advance.

I was reading through Thorssoli's threads a while ago, I think it was his EVA Helmet... He used some sort of super expensive spray that gave the same effect on both visor and regular paint. It was a perfect orange for the H3 Visor - I'll see if i can find the link to it
