Anyway, I've tried rebooting and such, and it takes forever to boot, then it gets to this command-console-type screen that says the following:

Intel® Boot Agent GE v1.2.40 Beta-5
Copyright © 1997-2006, Intel Corporation

Intel® Boot Agent PXE Base Code (PXE-2.1 build 085)
Copyright © 1997-2005, Intel Corporation

CLIENT MAC ADDR: 00 16 76 D9 AF D0 GUID: BEFF5055 5CE9 11DB BC3E 0011111989417
PXE-E53: No boot filename received

PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent.

and that's where it gets stuck.

This happened after a BSOD, with a kernel error, where I was just sitting at my computer. (Im on a laptop by the way)

you have an intel proc. with this much info i cant help much. posibly your hardrive doesnt have a boot sector and maybe your bios is dead.

Yeah, what he said. If it says that there is a processor error, it is usually hardware based (i.e. the processor). You need a new one.

PS: What model laptop?

My laptop is fine, in case you were wondering, but it's a Compaq...

specs:
Intel M Processor 410 (1.5 G)
512 M System RAM
60 GB of HDD space
15.4 Widescreen monitor

I tried entering the BIOS and I got around for about 3 minutes before the BIOS itself locked up.

what i get out of this is that the bios boot cycle is buggered

this is your error. the first part means that it cant find the first 1024 cylinders of your hardrive.

I am positive my laptop is fine, because this happened to my main comp after a blue screen of death. The BSOD error displayed a message about a kernel error, which is what you need to boot.

I think my BIOS/HDD effed up, and now it's ruined. BIOS locked up after the first minute or so I rumbled around in it.

what i meant was that if it was fine we wouldn't be having this conversation. try reinstalling windows
