Athlon suit build

Starting out an Athlon suit 3d print/foam
I’ve printed the helmet out, I’m gonna try to experiment with different things like a glow up visor and fans.

Colors may vary but for now I plan to do a brown, red, and black color scheme. Courtesy of TitanFist. Visor will be red

Some of the Halo 5 armors are breathtaking, I am so excited to see another! I would love to build one in the future.

PAINTING
After sealing up the seams I started painting. First with a coat of black.

Next I went and added the red details

Then I started on the “grill”

After finishing the grill I added details like vents and screws, then I installed the visor

Added all the extra colors and details left on the helmet. Helmet is complete

The lining on the helmet is super clean! Excited to see it all come together, what’s your plan for the undersuit?

i abandoned the project years ago and regularly wish i could pick it back up again!
