Best Laptop under $500?

I wanna get a new laptop because the one I currently have is slow in my honest opinion and I've had it for a while.
I extremely doubt that its possible to get a "gaming" laptop for under $500. I wanna play games like Minecraft, Fallout, etc..
I would also like to run a PS2 emulator if possible! I wanna play my fav. PS2 games again.
I also want one that has a pretty good webcam.

Any suggestions?

I was looking at the ASUS U56E-BBL5 from Tigerdirect, Only thing I don't like is... The webcam. It's ****. >_>;

Where's the mobility in your wishlist? All I see are games and webcam. You don't need a mobile computer for that, get a real PC. Way cheaper (or: faster per Dollar) and upgradeable (rather important for gaming).
