You should sell those A1 templates in rolls!

I'm sure you'd get money! ^^

I have no time to do this. Se non è vero, e ben trovato. :)

Awesome! The LOM templates look perfect, and this is a great application for them.
Thanks.

I need to say - I made this model on demand of Macattack64, the great warrior. Without his kicks I'd never started such a thing :)

eDrawings model of this thingy is here

There you can get PDO file of it.

Unfold at 15 cm high.

Pepakura file is not for actual building, but you can divide slices to print them to smaller paper than A1.

I'm on it! Let you know soon.

Edit: Wow! Converted to Letter. There are a lot of small folds on about 8 pieces. It's doable but will take some work on those tiny folds. Overall not real bad unless you want it built in 5 minutes.

Haha, you'll get it there.
I did it With Edge ID and Without Edge ID for Letter and A4 formats (4 files)
I advice cut and glue those that No Edge ID have.
With Edge ID files are for reference only!
When you'll start, you'll understand WHY!!! :)

Sorry for necroing, but I want to revive my progress thread a lil :)
Well...
Want to know, how to make Mk6 forearms in one day between this and then?

1. Edit PDO file and drop out all not-so-important parts. Switch off Edge ID and Flaps.
(I took FlyingSquirl's Medium Def forearms)

2. Print out your pep patterns, prepare hot glue, scissors, exacto knives, slice of cardboard, etc.

3. Cut patterns out of paper.

3365571050_ffa129a929.jpg

4. Transfer contours of patterns to cardboard.
(Twice - one time for left forearm, than flip pattern and do it contour for right forearm)

5. Cut parts out of cardboard.

6. Stick them together!

7. Resin a lot (fiberglass part may be omitted bcause of cardboard inside), bondo, paint, wear, enjoy.

I use kinda the same idea for my forearms. I use the "non" HD files (robo's first "HD" file). I glued cb on top to give it detail and the resin made the cb really hard and nice. the cb just sucks in the resin good. Your is all cb and adding resin over it will work great. Just try to get in inside of the "comb" of the cb.
Your looks really smooth already! Saves on bondo!
Thanks for sharing n' showing
