Brim dried and got strong.

Fiberglass layer inside the brim. Still I cannot get there by eyes, only with camera :)
There are bubbles =(

In places where bubbles are fiberglass cloth doesn't touch paper. Model isn't reinforced in such places. Resined paper is still weak to hold bondo on top. Your final design can fall through down under even little pressure.

Good job on the fiberglassing there, dude. And nice job on the brim replacement. Using the thick cardboard you did, and further fiberglassed that should be pretty sturdy now. What kind of visor have you been trying to fit in there, btw?

I tried MSA Defender faceshield I found at my work in workshop where grinding machines are.

Sorry for necroposting, but as OP I want to revive this topic a bit :)
I making Robo's HD biceps and almost done with right one.
All I need to finish it - is to glue last three pieces of paper.
But when I met this part...

What I do when I encounter parts like that one is that I print those pieces on a separate sheet without their numbers. I then use the Join/Disjoin feature to determine which tab goes to which side. Wait 'til you get to assemble the HD forearm pieces.
