bioshock splicer costume

ima copy everything i have on a dif forum to this so there may be a lil of a mess:
i just realized im not going to get my odst done in time for Halloween, so im be a splicer, its easy and way cool.

just finished peping it today and resining it. fiberglass tomorrow and moar resin. sanding Tuesday and paint the rest of the week

used a old sock as the straps on the back, which worked surprisingly well. put foam in it and i am going to be rocking the splicer this year "

thats clay, used a heatgun to harden it. and i still have to do the other side and..repaint it

going to clean this beast tomorrow, im going to put more attention on the ears after Halloween btw it has no bondo so thats why its meh.
im done!!! now i have to go find a suit that matches it, and make it old and scummy. im going to build a rosie costume next since I have the only rosie file known to the Internet heres the pics so you can say that it DID happen might go to a costume party on sat also, its at a hookah lounge of my friends and my mom hates that kinda stuff(anything burningman related) so idk if im sure about it, but i plan on going

Take your time man. I'm working on a Scout helm and a Plasma pistol. Although, I plan on doing this after. Looks cool. Real cool. Is the gold trim custom? I don't remember the Splicers having it on their masks. Of course, I haven't touched Bioshock in a while. If not, NICE TOUCH. If they did, you were spot on man.

it sorta is, some have gold, ide rather have gold then pink XD im going to re do this once halo ween is over, i did the curves with clay and its sorta fragile. the pdos will be sorta hard to so because there arnt any numbers on them, and you cant open them in designer. so itl be a pain without pepakura

nice job on the splicer mask, I really like that you took the time to do the raised details. If I ever have time to make another splicer mask, I really should do that. Are you going to PAX East by any chance? Becker College's game design department runs a booth there, so Im going to have to chose PAX East over Anime Boston.

some day..but not soon i live in Nevada, lake Tahoe and im kinda out of the way of everything. the word fun litterly is the word boring anywhere else. i hope to go to comicon some day but i dotn have very much money to do anything right now
