Someone, if they wanted to (chance it), could make a latex mold of it, then put the mold in kerosene. Kerosene makes latex swell 40-50% - and a lighter oil might make it swell less.

Yep, theres many mold making products designed to increase/decrease size. I pondered that here some time ago.... I wonder who'll be the first to do it?
