cant view files

I have downloaded some files and when I try to open them I cant view them nothing on my computer can view them and I am wanting to know is there a app I need to download first to view them?

Have you tried Pepakura Viewer/Designer?

Did you download pdo files or rar/zip files? If it's the latter, then you have to decompress them first before they can be viewed with either Designer or Viewer.
