Cardboard or pep boots?

I printed out the pep boots but I really can't tell what folds are folded up and down. Does anyone have any instructions for cardboard boots or how to make the pepakura boots?

The simple looking lines, that look like ----- are mountain folds, or looks like this ^ when viewed upright from the side.

The complex lines, that look like _._._._._ are valley folds, or looks like this v when viewed upright from the side.

LOL! I thought it was the opposite, the -------- were valley folds, and the _._._._._. where mountain. So obviously mountain folds go up and valley fold go down if I'm correct. The last thing I did with Pepakura was in August of last year. Also does anyone know how to make cardboard boots??

Sorry for double post but I can't do this with pepakura designer. It won't like bend the flaps and stuff so when I put it all together in pep designer it doesn't fit right. I really need some type of blueprint for a cardboard boot.
