So alongside my 3 other ongoing projects, I started printing a Clone Trooper Phase 2 Revenge of the Sith style helmet. I did this in honor of the 20th anniversary of the movie and of course Star Wars day.

So after some time… I sanded the helmet down and glued it together!

I hopefully can start the bondo and filler tomorrow!

Heck yeah man. Love seeing fellow CT enjoyers out here. What legion are you gonna do? Gonna do any props?
I’m aiming for the classic 501st style to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Revenge of the Sith.
I wasn’t planning on making any props, but I did just get a new 3d printer so you never know!

Sweet dude thats sick. Make sure to go with Kyrlon Global Blue. 501st in ROTS can be tricky to color match and its generally accepted that Global Blue is the closest consumer accessible option. Gonna keep my eyes on this :)

Dude thanks for that!!! You have no idea how much time you just saved me. I spend waaaaay to much time deciding on paint colors.

Absolutely man, check out this guy on youtube called PatchBots. He has a super easy to follow and comprehensive guide on building a full 501st commander.

All of the tricks for painting, assembly, and everything I learned came from his tutorial when I was starting out.

Heres my bucket as proof his methods are solid!
