covering neck

trying to get ideas on how to cover my neck. Im going to a halloween thing tonight and I dont have anything to cover my neck. i would wear a ski mask but it would just be way too hot. And I dont have a turtle neck.

How about Face/body paint? You could quickly smear it around, and be good to go.
Any Target, Wal-mart, etc should have it....and I just make it easier and go to Party City.
