They have a Crysis ragdoll/model for garrysmod (if you have it or know what it is) That'd make things alot easier for reference pics

I know my way around gmod, css, hl2. But what i dont know is how they do the modeling and how they package it to mdl. But if you could un package it, then you could do what ever you want with it.

Oh and i forget who but someone made a crysis helmet.

Yes, slyfo has a crysis helmet, but it doesn't have the individual bands of fabric on it, you have to add those later. He has all of the hard materials on it.

Also, we shouldn't really be the most concerned about the electronics, but the different muscle indents on the suit, that have to be flexible and have to be able to stretch and contract without losing a lot of shape.

you should start witha muscle suit 1st then build ontop of that, the was a tut up some where where this guy showed how he made a muscle suit for his preadator outfit. it came aout amazing

I like Ragnorak's Idea alot. But if you happen to have some spare cash I would suggest Latex foam.

Getting the detail of the Crysis suit looks REALLY difficult with only Fabric, If you get a full body Muscle suit as a frame and use Latex Foam to cover it and give it detail I would think it would come out fantasic. For those who have no idea what Latex Foam is...

It is a wee-bit expensive about $50 a gallon but hey, its just a thought

BTW, Monstermakers.com sells the Foam, along with Latex, Clay, Plaster ect.

Im starting on the scar assault rifle from Crysis. It probably look good with the finished nano suit. good luck with the suit. High detailed armor can look more kickass than they apear :D

To be honest, gluing/strapping/adhering reinforced mesh black rubber tubing to a wetsuit or lycra bodysuit seems the way to go. You may have to cut or shape tubes to taper them at the muscle joints, but overall I think that it's a good idea to do it this way for a base. The scattered armor plates could just as well be done with pep. The whole thing would just require a lot of planning and a great deal of research in materials :)

Best of luck!
