Wait... You're doing HAZOP!? =D You have made my day! (besides the fact that I'm finishing my first armor part, but that makes it double-special!) I can't wait to see how your helmet is gonna turn out!

Also, a few questions for you that I want to know:
1. Are you just using resin? Or are you also using bondo before/after resin?
2. How fast are you able to do this? I'm finishing a shin that has been taken me two days, and I'm trying to find a faster method.

Ok here is i do pep work peper then one thin layer of resin dry then use fiberglass cloth and resin then sand then bondo then sand then paint

It takes alot of time 2 days on one piece is fast it took me a week to just pep my chest peice also think about working with foam its so much faster

alright starting on my HAZOP just need to figure out the dimensions anybody familiar with pep designer and want to give me a little help want to get it right the first time

Really impressive work so far, and amazing ingenuity on the Mk2 Grenades, I would have never thought of that! My only question is that Are you sure that your thigh-plates are pepped correctly? thay look a little big in comparison to the armor.

Well would ya look at that, another HAZOP build. I love this helmet but so very few people are making it. good work so far, pro tip though.... your head probably wont fit into the neck hole, i had to cut a large amount off of mine

I tested it and it fits but resin can change everything so we will see
