I was strolling through kotaku.com when i found this article

Looks like fable/halo fans will have some fun with the new Fable 2 DLC

They didn't STEAL anything. Bungie and Microsoft gave them permission to put all this stuff in.

That's kewl. I like how they gave it a sleeker, more organic/ergonomic look. Pretty neat, imho.

Exactly. Just like what what happened with the Hayabusa armour. Because Bungie/Microsoft allowed the use of a female SPARTAN in DOA (can't remember which number, lol), they in turn were allowed to use the headband detailing from the main character in the Ninja Gaiden games for designing the helmet. It's often a matter of "give and take"
