[FINISHED!!!]] Halo Reach Armor (Foam and Fiberglasbuild)

Hey, this is my second armor and i want to make a jun related reach armor for the next gamescom event in germany. my last armor took one year to finish and my new one have 3 month left

The files i used:
Helmet: B1ahh - Jun Helmet
Chest: Reach V3 Foam template
Thighs: Reach Things by Rundown Foam Templates
Biceps/Shoulders: Reach biceps by Rundown, unfolded by remraf Foam templates (modified by me)
Shins: Foam Shin stencil V2 - (modified by me)
Gauntlet: Foam Forearm Stencil

and here is my finally finished Halo Reach Jun Mod Armor hope you like the result. some parts (knee) was to small. i want to redo them... maybe the softarmor is great but not perfect in my opinion. i will try a new one with a higher quality. but... today was the hottest day in the summer and i wore this armor... it was freaking hot and sweaty




The girl who is touching my ass want it... so i decided to make us even so i touch her ass as well she really liked it hehe

on monday i get my new resin and can finish the fiberglas process and start to resin the next parts. i have a lot of pepakura work todo but iam looking forward to build my first time with the eva mats. btw... its very hard to get them in germany Here are my first results:

update:
my foam is finally here and last night i started to build my first foam armor piece ever ^^
this is my result so far. in a few hours i will give an update and tomorror i will finish the sanding process of my helmet. hope you like it:

btw: i use the reach torso V3 foam templates and i have much problems with a few spots i will send a picture which spots i mean because the templates ignore these spots.

when i started i have 2 days in mind and only work on the chest while my helmet is drying.
after i realized that the work take more time than expected i contentrated my worktime on the chest. today i want to finish the chest and start the thigh.
worktime: maybe 15 hours, i think this could be better but this was my first time

update: both thigs are complete and ready to seal and paint. but before that i will build the shoulders and shins.

update: Shoulders are ready!
after a try with 204mm height i scale it a little bit to get a "heavy" look. now both are 210mm height. if anyone is interessted in the modified file by rundown (i have deleted some more parts of the foam template because they are unnecessary Btw: it tooks 3,5 hours for both to cut the paper template, cut the pieces out of the foam and glue them together . the "details" tooks another 10 minutes each.

One Forearm is ready... but is it to huge? what do you think?
maybe i can fix the inside with padding so the forearm would be stay in position in the middle of my forearm.
