Where's the problem with that? I bet many of us are closer to Kat than to the Chief or any other male Spartan, at least in terms of build and size.

Ah, I'm on my first project as well, a whole Suit in 3 weeks. It's been rough, but the pep work is good so far. I saved the helmet for the last week after I got my pep experience up. So were you able to sand that bondo glass?

Just so everyone knows...yes bondo glass is GREAT for structural stability. even in thin layer like mine. But the dwnside isthat the stuffreally ikes to gunk up on your sandpaper, especially if you don't use enough hardener. My issuewas using enough hardener to get the material solid, while leaving it wet long enough to actually coat the helm in one go. (Thank you 405th for reccomending baby powder for slightly wet rondo 2 days after the fact.)

P.S. Sorry about any spellin issues I might have. My laptop's keyboard seems to be nearing the end of it's working life = (

Thank you Road Kill! I'm so proud of my helmet. It's quite possibly the coolest thing i've ever made with my own hands to date. The best part is, I can only get better from here.
