I dont think I've seen an HP/Parafoil on here yet. Nice job! The fact that it detaches is also a nice touch.
Having never played Halo for more than half an hour I'm not sure if I am completely correct in my assumption, but are you going to be adding more detail on the cod (like maybe just defining it more)?
I'm not trying to insult you or anything because it still looks awesome, but I was just wondering.
Even if you don't add the detail, it is very impressive. Keep up the good work
I would.. But I don't really see anymore detail.. lol. That and I just got the plasti-dip on today. (pics up tomorrow!)
The battle damage on the shoulder is perfect, I'm impressed. Your painting it beautiful too, make me worried and excited about starting my foam project!
Question though, why did you decide to pep your helmet and not make it out of foam? In most of the foam builds I've seen, the maker makes the same decision, and I was wondering why.
But, I think that if you use a heating technique, you can heat up the foam and bend it, after it cools it 'should' hold its shape, but I can't promise it since I haven't done it yet myself.
The only problem is that you have to hold it in the shape you want until it completely cools. Then, if a part of it goes awry and you have to do it again, well you get the idea. lol.
Basically personaly I think its just easier to do a helmet in pep since you can put resin on it and then walk away and do something else instead of constantly holding it
Love the wiring. Might have to try it out myself sometime. I love adding as many LED's as I can. Except they're kinda expensive individually. Awesome idea man. Keep up the awesome work!!!
