EDIT 03-18-08:
Here they are. All are unfolded on Letter Paper, and are scaled to approximately my size, though I didn't build these ones to check them. If it's any help, I'm about 5' 5" and 145 pounds. Short and skinny.... Helmet is scaled at 29 cm tall.
I don't know what the original model was scaled at, nor do I know how to do any of that stuff, so just inputting measurements will work best. For sizing reference, check out this thread:

EDIT 11-03-08:
I've updated the shoulder model, since I've recieved numerous PMs and seen it asked many times,
"How does the shoulder work / where do I cut / what do I do????!!!"
There's now just a simple edge around the entire back, with one support piece added.
--The knife is upright for easier measurement.
--When scaling/ measuring the torso, there's no formula. It will be easiest to measure the width you are trying to acheive, and adjust the height as necessary to get to that width.
If there's any problems, post them here and I'll see what I can do.
