I bought Fatigues from an Army surplus store yes... current Army ACU.

it was the helmet... but it came out wayyy too small, so I had to do some heavy modifications:

Note: Tooling board inhibits silicone curing BADLY. Just thought I'd let you guys know.

Well... the Marines all through Halo wear all sorts of Camo... different patterns, short sleaves, long sleeves... hard armor, no armor...

This is the set Adam and I decided complemented the armor well...

Props to DrGon47 too for coming out.... every bit helps.

btw, we're not making these types of brush-on molds anymore.... Walter and I devised a secret type of mold making called "umbrella" moldmaking. It lasts longer with less cleanup.

secret umbrella molding technique you say?

I'm still a bit stumped as to how I'm going to mold my ironman helmet since a one-part glove mold is totally out of the question now.
