I too would love to know how to get such a clean look with the foam, as well as the seams. The shoulderpad is epic!

This piece has taken a while but its almost ready for painting.
The foam work took a lot of attempts & a few good fails before I got it the way I wanted it come out.
It's not game accurate but happy with the way its coming out so far.

yea, the primer coat is on & im ready to start painting tomorrow if the weather works out.

That is some of the most EPIC foam work I have ever seen. I'm was stunned to silence for like 10 minutes. I just had to stare at the pretty pictures. You are doing an awesome job! Watch out, 343 may be calling to hire you.

I'm afraid you are going to have to clean the walls, because my mind has been blown. Gushing aside I agree that it would be amazing if you made a tutorial. Even a small one could provide valuable insight for future builds.
