It doesn't look like NA at all... except that it's master chief. The paint is totally different.

yes it is.
Guys, it's simple. look at these hand covers. Look at NAS hand covers. Look at this upper leg armor. Look at NAS Upper leg armor.
THIS IS NAS ARMOR. STOP DEBATING, IT IS IDENTACLE. IT'S NOT JUST THE PAINT JOB, IT'S THE SHAPE!!!
Look, the guys barely had any refs, so they whent off on a creative tangent wen sculpting. You can see the same differences on this armor.

Okay, woah guys.

Official answer: Its, like Sean stated, HEAVILY modified NAS armor. Well, most of it.

for one, it is NOT an NAS paint job. Some of the pieces like the chest and feet are either not NAS of they have been modified SOOO much that you can't even be recognized as such. Other pieces like the shoulders have been reshaped. Detail has also been added in the forearm pieces along with other small changes to the armor.
